Hrm, life is good. I’ve started looking at what classes I get to take next year, grad classes look so nice. It seems that I’m going to take the advanced OS class, the advances security class and the storage class all next year. I also get to take a class in Information theroy from Yellin, and probably his advanced crypto class too.
I also found out that the family is all going to be down here for my graduation. My grandfather is coming in from Wisconsion (or New Orleans, I’m not sure which), my immediate family is coming from Grass Valley, and my Aunt is also coming down from Grass Valley. We are only missing one uncle and an aunt and we would have a full blown family reunion…. it’s been so long since we’ve had one of those. Aww well, maybe everyone will come down for the bigger graduation in 4 years. That’s the really important one anyways.
I can hardly believe that I am near the end of my undergrad life. It seems like I have been going to school forever, my life has changed so much in the last four years that I hardly recognize myself. I am able to handle all of the nasties that life throws at me, and still have some brainpower left to give to Betty. I actually think that I may know a little tip of the iceberg about some of the computer things that intrest me. It’s really amazing when you know enough about the pie of knowledge so that you know where the edges are, and how much you have left to go. Thoes edges are really far out there, but at least now I am consious about where they are. I’m actually quite psyched about starting grad school, taking all the really cool classes, and being a TA sounds really nice too.
In other news, Betty is going back to San Francisco this weekend to be with her family and soak up some home-made Chinese cooking. While I do have a bit of skill in the kitchen, authentic Chinese is outside of my repatuare. It’s too bad too, I’m finding that is is really freaking hard to find real non-americanized recipies that are on the web (and written in English). She will be gone all weekend
I really need to learn how to make that stuff…. She has been gone since this morning and I am already going through girlfriend withdrawl… She will be coming back on Monday, so I guess I get to get the rest of the homework done, and free up next week to help her find a nice place to live for the summer… Housing in santa cruz is so bad, but that is a diffrent rant….
Anyways, I really ought to be working on my Databases project insead of writing on my blog…. I guess its time to get back to it….

I guess I will have to find you a Chinese cookbook that’s written either in C++ or that human language called English.
