Yeah, dinner making the blog once more…. This time I had some good food with Betty….
I started off by making her some cookies:
It seems that when I build my kitchen I forgot to get a mixer, so I had to pick one up in order to make the cookie dough come out well.
Mmmm…. cookies in the oven. As it turns out she has never had anyone make her cookies before so it turned into a better surprise then I had though…. She liked licking off the beaters as well… Mmmmm…. cookies….
Dinner was boiled lettuce with oyster sauce, and BBQ pork strips over rice. Very good stuff, although I will admit I never though of boiling lettuce…
